This is the most ridiculous business I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I'm an Uber eats driver and they have the longest wait times and today they have forced everyone to go through the drive thru, including mobile orders and delivery driver orders like Uber eats, grub hub, etc. It's insane and they are so unprofessional and also, they are slow. They walk around as if they don't care about the customers and while I appreciate the daunting experience of working the service industry, urgency and customer care are huge parts of the job. Get it together. Y'all making me lose money.
Yikes! I love the franchise however this one in particular is horrible. Ordered online to pick up going through the drive tru. When I arrived the drive thru was all the way to Panda Express! I waited in the line for 30 minutes only to advance two car lengths. When I called to try and cancel the order I was told that I should've had patience. Highly recommend NOT coming to this location.
Every bad review about this place is correct. Placed a mobile order for convenience. Read this sign that was posted and tried the door. They locked the lobby and said I have to wait in the drive thru line 10 cars long in order to pick up my food that I already paid for. An hour and a half later I receive my mobile order. I check that there are 3 items in my bag and move out of line promptly. Once I’m home passing out food that’s when we discover that they didn’t include the spicy chicken sandwich I paid for and instead gave a double order of fries. The food isn’t that good. If you really want some chicken and aren’t desperate enough for KFC maybe you can try Bojangles… because the attitudes received and the time wasted are not worth the trouble.
Wow. If I wasn’t blocked in by the way the drive thru is routed, I’d of drove off long ago. Instead I was stuck in the 4 car line for 20+ mins. Finally ordered and got my food. Cold fries and a flat soda. Awesome, my 30 min lunch is over already. Don’t waste your time here. Not worth the headache. Would be one star except the lady taking my payment was very friendly.
Long lines! Cold food. What’s on the menu they don’t sell 8pc shrimp dinner. Manager at window seems as if she don’t like her job. get a new one. Treat ppl w respect. We just hungry. Please clean up and smile. They need to remove this meal since they not honoring it!
I'm a long time popeyes fan, but there is a shortage of stores in VB. I've tried to go drive-thru only 3 times prior, but after waiting 20-30 minutes, I left! This time I was determined, ended up waiting 40 minutes 5th car, then got home and was shorted 1 piece breast I requested. Also the $9 popcorn shrimp was awful little dried up crumbs!
I pray the higher ups for Popeyes look into this location ASAP, something is not right here. The service is extremely slow and every time I pick up food I have to wait at least an hour. It’s always packed and cars are always wrapped around the building.This is EVERY DAY! Once you finally get to the window after waiting an hour, at times they’ll have you park and wait even longer due to the food not being ready. : I also noticed they lock doors during business hours at times too. I love Popeyes, but this location is horrible. No matter how many times they change management because they do often, the service is still the same. Also I ordered yesterday and spent 30 dollars for 3 items just to get home to find my fish dry. This was very disappointing and a waste of my money. People work way too hard to not get what they pay for. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Lastly, I find myself giving them the benefit of the doubt each time I order here, but I continue to get the same result. It’s about time I find a new location. If Al Copeland was alive today; GOD bless his soul, he’d be disappointed. You’ll have to do better. Kid-friendliness: There is no longer a kids menu as of 2/17/2023. Not sure why it was taken down. I have younger kids who barely eat their food and are very picky, so i was quite annoyed at having to buy a full 12 dollar meal. Parking: Not much parking. The drive through space is not all that spacious. There is over crowding due to the excessive long wait times.
I pulled into a parking spot. My son went into the store for a small family order. We waited 45 minutes. As I waited in the car, and son waited inside, the drive thru customers were quickly taken cared of, even with relatively large orders!!! Delivery service drivers waited a few minutes, but not as long as we waited. Customers should have been taken cared of equally. This store took care of its drive-thru customers a lot better. By the time I got home, my side order fries were cold. The chicken looked under cooked. The white meat had more RED/PINK color than white; the texture was slimy. I checked the rest of the large pieces; same slimy texture. I had to cook longer in my air fryer. I should have taken it back, but we didn't get a receipt and our home was a 15-min drive. I do visit other locations, and they aren't this bad! I won't be returning to this location anytime soon...
Poor service crew are slow boat prep all customers order. Taking 45minutes to an hour to get your order on the drive through. Need the management change the style of work flow to get the customer satisfied not to wait for so long. Thanks
Chicken was outstanding the biscuit was ok theres room for improvement. The Mac and cheese was also goodFood: 4/5
