Staff are friendly and efficient. Food is typical of Popeyes. Spicy, tasty and you want more. Fries might seem expensive on the receipt but a large fries in Popeyes dwarfs the miserly offerings of other chains. We 5 people couldn't finish all the fries. We did manage some extra chicken. * Just noticed the price of the bottled water. CHEAPEST BOTTLED WATER IN THE DISTRICT 1.25. Well done Popeyes for fair prices. Water cost 2.00 - 3.50 in stores nearby.

I love popeyes spicy chiken sandwich!!!! Hands down the best chicken sandwich i’ve had in my life and only for $4. I can eat them every week. The butter biscuits were good as well. Fried chicken not seasoned well and inside was bland. Overall great values for the amount of delicious food you get!!

Why do you serve your Mac and cheese in little "cakes" that slide around inside the bowl? I get putting them in bowls in advance to save time serving, but this looks.like it's been sitting under a heating lamp for days. It's unrecognizable.

To me it's great fried chicken. This spot located in Chelsea is relatively new to the neighborhood. It's clean and we'll maintained. The staff can be hit or miss but they get the job done.

10 stars due to the black guy they have in the kitchen . I’m from the south and this location give me very southern cooked. Other locations can not stand next to this one hands down! There been some improvement being I did not get the same taste as I did this time, the new guy is perfect

Service was pretty good, however they messed up my order with a chicken sandwich and I had to wait like 10 minutes for one that was smaller, and almost raw.

This Popeye's is clean with friendly staff. It's always on point and, except when the amazingly delicious when hot chicken sandwich is available or when kids come from school or some function, the lines are non-existent. There's not a lot of room for eating in as it's a relatively small location.

The place is ok. The service was fast and the food was hot. The order was complete. The establishment was clean and in order. Not crowded at all. The customer service was just ok. The fried chicken was delicious.

This location is by far the BEST Popeyes I have ever been to. The staff is attentive and friendly, as well as, knowledgeable of the menu. My food has always been hot and fresh and served shockingly fast. The management and staff at this location are amazing. They have always made my customer experience one that is EXCELLENT.
