The food is as per but this location is extremely slow. The management needs to do better, I only saw teens working without any guidance from anyone older than 18. Needs better staff and good working condition for underpaid teens. Felt bad ordering cause they look so overworked. This is not a good look for you, Chipotle.
It’s not the staff’s fault—they were very polite—but I have to protest the management decision to only allow online orders. It’s ridiculous. You walk in and you’re standing right there, yet you can’t tell the staff person the way you want your burrito—not much rice, whatever it might be. And then you must get on the online queue and wait while they do all of the previous online orders. I used to come in all the time but not coming back if this is their cost-cutting system. Hire more staff!
This is the worst operating Chipotle in all of America. They were out of white rice, salad dressing, and the guacamole was grey and not edible. I’m at the point of walking an extra 20 minutes bc this Chipotle is missing key ingredients 10/10 times. This location genuinely ruins Chipotle’s name and should be closed down
The girl on the counter who was preparing my salad bowl added sauce without asking me. She also added too much sour cream which ultimately spoiled my salad bowl. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this outlet.
If you can avoid this chip I would… I go here somewhat often, the pico de gallo always looks old and sour, and my stomach ends up feeling bad after I eat here. Chipotle’s “fresh” commercials are not filmed at this location…
I would suggest going in to order your food at all times, so you can make sure your order is made properly. It seem like they got lazy with my order that I paid for. I ordered a kids plate for my son and this is what I got via delivery. Idk who this stomach this is satisfying but y’all need to do better. Respectfully.
I don't know the solution and I don't necessarily blame the employees but...I've tried going to this location 4 times in the past 2 weeks, and every time I was told that they're too busy and they're only accepting online orders. No walk-in business allowed. Its super annoying. One of those times I asked if it is always this way now, and they said no its just tonight. But its happened 4 times now.
It's a Chipotle so one or hand I love the food and the system they use to prepare slow cooked food with a fast service assembly line style. It's the fast food model to strive for. However this location always seems to be devoid of any management. They run out of items and the place is kinda dirty. They could really use someone over drinking age to train and manage the staff.
In the past 3 weeks they have had a myriad of issues with their register. Not accepting cash and then it not working at all and only accepting online orders. Don't bother with this location.Food: 4/5
Workers always act like it’s their first day. I don’t ask for much on my burrito and yet everything spills out, one side isn’t tucked enough, they have to use 2 foils, and all the guacamole is on 1 end of the burrito and spilling out. I go there once in a while bc it’s near home, otherwise wouldn’t ever go back.
