I noticed this place as I was walking by. I like that you had the option to order from a person. Or just to use the Kiosk. The only thing about the Kiosk I noticed it doesn’t take cash, only card. It has a decent amount of options and you can customize what you want on it. The employees were really quick! It didn’t take but about 10 minutes to get my food, which it wasn’t busy, but just right. You can get a bottle or fountain drink. It’s a little spendy for one meal. It is the airport though, so I kind of expected it. Also with a tip. I also noticed they were really good at noticing when people would leave tables. They would come out, wipe down the tables & straight up the chairs. The crew was friendly. Thank you for a good experience!
I was waited on by a young man named Aaron, who is an amazing soul. He was very professional and polite and was cleaning from the time i came in the airport to the time i left. I like to give recognition where its deserved.
Horrible service. Over charging for items they ran out of and not informing you until after you pay. Nothing in stock and wheat bread was so dry. Over price for the service and for they offer.
Delicious Ahi tuna wrap with provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard and mayo. This is a substantial meal. A half was enough for me. Very polite and helpful employees. Quite tasty!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: No
Way way what a rip off, first of all asked for a large salami, we litterally got 6 pieces of thin salami, the rest was all lettuce i asked for a meal he said it would be 6 something so i figured that would be for 2 sandwiches cuz thats what he said , so i paid 12 dollars more additional for a meal , he should of said 6 for each sandwich , mind u we were in a hurry our plane was boarding , i love port of subs but for real thought for that price we should of got more than 6 pieces of salami !
Port of Subs -- SUBstandard!!! $18.00 for a small watery coffee and a Tiny 4" sandwich I know airport food is expensive, but it should be at least GOOD for that cost.
This was a decent place at McCarran Airport. Prices weren't crazy, food was good.....I'd eat there again if I'm at the airport passing thru.
Horrible customer service. Since the place is at the airport, time is of an essence. Ordered couple sandwiches and was told that it would take 10 min tops. 17 minutes later they still have not started working on my order. as I was about to miss my flight I escalated. the staff made some rude comments then threw my sandwiches together. do not eat there unless you have all day to wait
We purchased a sub along with a ready made wrap in case, cut in pinwheels on 09/29/20. Service was overly slow, not sure what they do when airport traffic is busier. The sub was very good, son said probably the best he's ever had. The wrap wasn't. I tore about half the tortilla off, little taste, little "substance" and charged the same amount as the sub. I would have been better off getting a sub, but I wasn't as hungry and didn't need all the bread. Very disappointed in the wrap but as I said son loved the sub.
Poor quality, over priced. Would not let me add veggies to my sub. Will NEVER eat there again. Highly recommend that you don’t either.
