Portals Apartments

It’s been two weeks and since then we’ve not had hot water. That’s right, two weeks since anyone in the dozens of apartments located at the Portals have had hot water. When something is broken here we’re told it will be fixed promptly and we are given a two week timeframe like with the elevator; the elevator was “undergoing maintenance” for three months. Now don’t get me wrong there are stairs, but keep in mind not every tenant is able to use stairs so, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor residents were pretty much screwed. Break ins are more common here than the hundreds of roaches in every apartment. All I want to anyone reading this to get is to look somewhere else, this place may seem like a beautiful, great deal but it is not. Look for anything without Rhino Realty as management.

Enjoy living there only downfall is they said small dogs but there is a few big dogs mean pitbulls and same people don't know how to clean up after their pets overall it's a good place to live

UPDATE HALF THE APARTMENTS ARE BOARDED UP Used to be a much better place 6 months ago. I entered a lease assuming Laurie would continue being the AMAZING manager she is, but Rhino Realty took over this property as well as several others. Since, there are police daily, people hollering all day long drinking outside, narcotics sales 24/7, burglaries, car thefts, neighbors that will steal from you the minute you turn your back. I’m glad they terminated my lease themselves because I honestly had no idea how to escape that sh*tshow lol. Lido and Conquistador have significantly less crime than Portals. If you see this Laurie, I miss you and your excellent management skills. As for Rhino, they’re doomed.
