White Oak Apartments

One of the best places I have lived in Albuquerque I have been here for over 12 years. They have a lot of units that they keep up in a very nice way. Their internet service and maintenance staff are some of the best and nicest people I have ever met, my neighbors were great & they are definitely affordable for small families and single occupants. Thank you White Oak .!!!.

If I could leave 0 stars, I WOULD. we were in this apartment for 2 years.. absolute WORST. Our first month there we had water come in our bedroom window, we reported it IMMEDIATLY as i did not want the damages coming back on us. We were told to "put tape over it". No repairs were made. Same issue with the bathroom shower rod. The rod went through the moisture ridden wall, they said "put tape over it". Nothing but problems. Our work requests would dissappear. They'd choose when they felt like responding, and when/IF they did, they would put bandaids on pretty major issues. Our apartment had water coming from the ceiling multiple times during the summer. The swamp coolers weren't turned on until the MIDDLE OF JUNE when it had already been in the 100s. Roachs run ramped throughout the appartments, in the pictures below you can see them INSIDE the clock on our stove, only a day or two after the pest guy came and "sprayed". But thats not even the worst of it... The neighbor below us moved out due to issues with water in her bathroom, fast forward a month or 2 and our bathroom walls were covered in black mold ! We reported the issue only to have the CLOWNS come out and make MY WIFE "clean it" with BLEACH !!! A BIG no no from what the mold experts told me. THEN they came out ELEVEN days later when no one was home and SPRAY PAINTED our bathroom walls, floor and bathtub and they even did a HORRIBLE job at doing half the job as they didn't even cover the mold ? See pics below Overall absolute worst place I lived. Only good thing was my neighbors. Who all agree. This place is HORRIBLE. Sindy and the ladies in the office.. sindy being the worst are all snobby and rude and just want your money. They do NOT care about a single one of their tenants, do NOT move here.

Wish I could rate less than 1 star. Was on a tight time crunch and these managers, if that’s what you wanna even call them, gave me the run around for almost 2 weeks just to play games and then blatantly lie about it. I would call to follow up on the status of my application and could get no straight answer from either manager. When a 3rd party stepped in, they basically called both of us liars and continued to avoid contact with me. They finally told the 3rd party that they “denied me last week” without giving a reason and after I called several times and reached out by email. Super unprofessional and petty for no reason at all .Cassandra and Sindy have the worst customer service skills I’ve come across in a long time and they seem to have it out for a complete stranger over nothing. I hope their employer reads this one day because I would be embarrassed to have them as members of my team. Pathetic.

Well this apartment is a nice apartment. If you do decide to rent from this company just concider yourself screwed. I have rented from them for two years and it seemed to go ok untill the office switched up on the leasing agents. Just watch out with the diffrent rules you are signing on the lease because the leasing agent in the office seems to add a few unsaid rules that are not cool. Like who I can and can't have in my own house. If I am paying rent I believe I should be able to have anyone in my house that i want. She judge's who you are friends with.
