My grandson lived there for 6 months and practically nothing in the studio worked dishwasher,electrical outlets,oven,garbage disposal ect. Getting the landlord and maintenance to fix anything was like pulling teeth. Also cockroach infested horribly!! Don't move there seriously

This is probably one of the lowest rents near Uptown I lived there, not anymore. I cared about how much the rent was but the apartment could have been better. Got a raise at work, got a better apartment. Glad I did. How that place get's a 3.8 rating I'll never understand.

I live there  and the brand new  mangment. Is just is always  on  time  and updates  /inform's us  on every thing

I can't believe I'm already half way through the lease but I most likely will not be extending my stay past the end of the lease agreement.
