Uptown Park Apartments

Great place to live. I have been here going on 6 months and plan on staying. When I first moved in my perspective was only till something better comes up. Manager and work staff all the way around are great. Security walk the property at night in addition to many security cameras. That being said I feel confident my self and property are safe. Very quiet place to live and I have seen no criminal activity. This was a concern of mine at move in, but the manager and staff have things under control. Apartments are not huge, but perfect for an individual. Thank you Uptown Park for making my stay feel at home.

Terrible place bad management don't recommend this place to anyone. They have cockroaches and bug's everywhere. Bad thing is can't even talk on the phone with out people complaining about you are talking loud. Don't move here look for something better

If you are looking for a nice and affordable place close to uptown, THIS IS IT! Not only that, but you will deal with the most friendly and understanding landlords! April and Richard are absolutely my favorite humans! Their maintenance guy is very nice and always friendly. I have lived here several times and not once have I had any issues what’s so ever. The place is affordable and clean. And the staff is very responsive to any issues with your stay! Too bad I couldn’t give you 1000 stars on google!!!

A very nice place to live. Affordable housing for single adults. April and Richard do a great job of keeping the apartment complex clean and safe. The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt with work orders I would recommend living here.

Not bad for a starter place to live. Yes there is roaches but if you keep your apartment clean you wont have many. Its really close to many locations and the rent is affordable. The pool is really nice.

I lived here for 2 year's now and i will be signing for another lease for the fact that i don't have any problems with the Neighbors or with the Office and how it's affordable to a first-time renter like myself. The mall-restaurants are all 10 minutes away from a walking distance. It's nice. The apartments are small it could use some up grading with paint, wider refrigerators, Wider cabinets, thicker carpet, and a nicer land scap for out side. But besides that it's a peaceful place to live at til you feel it's time to move on to a big place once you're rental history is good.

I have just finished my first month here, and have had a very positive experience. The management are very kind and accomodating, and the security and maintenance are reliable. Sure the building is on the older side, but it is well maintained, quiet and comfortable. On top of that, the location is fantastic! The Uptown area is now my favorite area of Albuquerque by far. Lots of new development and tons of shops and restaurants in short walking distance. The Uptown Bus Hub is also just a short walk from here, and gives access to bus routes all over the city. I am very happy with my choice to move here, and look forward to more of this convenient lifestyle!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I lived here for two and a half years and it was a great place. Maintenance is five stars. Anytime I had an issue they were there to fix it promptly. Security is great too! They have security cameras that monitor everywhere and also on-site security overnight that patrols on foot. Staff is excellent! Richard and April really take care of their tenants. I would definitely rent here again!

This place is cheap, but you will get less than what you paid for with these apartments. Please never consider moving here. The facilities are so run down. The hallway smells like urine. Chipped paint and the cheapest carpet everywhere. We tried the heater one time and it gave off smoke that smelled like urine and burnt hair so we had to use a space heater. We had a neighbor upstairs who would constantly bang on our floor and we made multiple complaints with the security and they actually suggested that I, an 85 lb woman, go and "take care of it" on my own. Even though this place is a dump, the staff is very strict and will not let you bring a pet unless it is a certified service dog. No guests can bring a pet or else you will get evicted. Horrendous location. Please find somewhere that is inexpensive, but won't drain the respect and happiness out of you. There are many other locations that cost just as much. Please go there. We will be.

I have lived at Uptown Park for several years. The reason I live there is that it is inexpensive and clean. The location is great! I have easy access to anywhere I want to go. If I don't feel like driving I can walk to most any restaurant or store I would want to. Yes, the building is older but it is well maintained and if something is broken in my apartment they usually take care of it the same day or the next. I got bored awhile back and looked at some other places and can not find anything in this price range that even compares to what I have here. Most of the people at the other apartments were not as nice as the people they have here in the office either. Sign me a Happy Camper
