I was there to help clean a house on the property. I never been to Maxwell before. The houses are older, but they're so big!! You don't see that as much anymore.

Horrible management, houses are old and in bad condition, if anything breaks it’s going to stay broken, because maintenance doesn’t actually fix anything they just cover it up, and be prepared to drain your savings account for “repairs” to a busted down house. Its currently 34 degrees and snowing, yet housing refuses to let anyone use their heaters. Glad i only have one 15 month old i'm having to keep warm with the two tiny space heaters in a 4 bedroom house they gave us after we called and complained about the temperature.
If I could give no stars I would this is the closest to living in a slum lord houseing that I have ever been in. Thay are rude and unhelpful. Thay never fix anything correctly and always have to come back out multiple times to fix a simple issue it is also snowing and thay won't come out to turn the heaters back on ....thay gave us 2 vary small space heaters I have a 4 bedroom house needless to say there not heating anything and with a very cold very unhappy 15 month old this makes it difficult for anyone to be comfortable.
When I needed anything from maintenance to leasing office always helpful and very professional and they respond quickly actually instantly. Extremely impressed
Tonya has been very helpful and pleasant when I talked to her. Maintenance men Gerald and Tony have been very helpful and I appreciate them.
Well worth it if you have access, far more secure than anything in the area excluding main base housing ofcourse
