Portland Bus Station

I know not to get caught up with a nightly lay over at this station and if I do to have enough to put my luggage inside a locker and only have enough cash to grab a drink and maybe some chips and don't set my phone down anywhere not even for a second to charge. Maybe have one blanket to wrap around me to keep me warm and try to do like my mommy taught me and don't talk to strangers cause no I don't want none of your candy you big scarey man. You don't know the secret word so leave me alone or I will scream.

Simple ride from Baker City Oregon to Salem. Right? After waiting 3 hours for the bus, I learned that it was delayed 24 hours. Secondly, the driver was extremely rude. He took my ticket, which showed the transfer in Portland to another bus that goes to Salem, and would not let me have it or even look at it. I was told that I needed to have a second ticket from Portland to Salem. I bought it online. Only one ticket printed out. Now I am told I have to buy another ticket to Salem from Portland and ask to be reimbursed later. What a poor way to do business!

Once again with Greyhound, I was late for 3 hours on my schedule, but with them, it is a tradition. This company has absolutely no respect for the client.

It's a greyhound station. You're lucky if an employee will care about whatever your issue is, and the area is a bit hood. Pretty standard. Still though the interior was sorta nice

Bus was four hours late out of Redding, CA. It took 48 hours for a 22 hour trip. Staff in Portland very rude not at all helpful. Portland station very dirty. Greyhound is less than marginal. I will not be riding in the future.
