She is the best doctor I have ever seen I had been sick for over 18 months. Throwing up. Weak, dehydrated. Had seen about 5 gastro doctors, none knew what was wrong. I had been in the hospital at Mercy one night because I was literally dying. I had lost 120lbs. Couldn't eat, drink. Dehydrated. So the doctor on call ran every test and thought I had gall stones. He got me to where I was able to go home and I had a consult with Dr. Cole the next day. She saw me, asked me some questions, but it was when she watched me steep to get up on the table, she knew right then what I had. Gastroparesis! And she sent me for tests the next day. And Bam! She was right. The only thing is there is no cure for Gastroparesis. But she referred me to a gastroenterologist and it just happened to be the doctor who was on call that night at Mercy. Wow. I have a great gastroenterologist, Jaime Hate, and although I can not do anything about. They help me live with it. Angi.
