Have been working with PCGIT for about 7 years now. Jon, the owner is very knowledgable and thoughtful. PCG runs a tight helpdesk. We worked on a joint IT services networking project with them and a Client in Mexico. Really easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank all of the staff of Portsmouth Computer Group for an outstanding, timely and very professional experience. The coordination between the administration and technical staff was extremely fast. Our network had become infected with multiple viruses. I called in and within 1 hour a tech was connected remotely to our server and working on removing the viruses. That same afternoon the job was completed. We are going to have PCG install their business class virus protection application and their 24/7 monitoring on our network so that we work to proactively prevent this type of issue in the future. Again thank you very much to Dave and his entire staff. I would highly recommend Portsmouth Computer Group to anyone.

My experience with pcgit helped to make the best of a bad situation. It was certainly disheartening to find that our laptop was too costly to repair, but the wonderful staff at pcgit, make the situation much more manageable. The outstanding staff especially Justin and Doreen (and the friendly new technician behind the desk whose name I didn't learn) were professional, outgoing, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been working with PCG for well over 15 years. We can count on their timely response no matter what the issue is. We have lost our server twice in the past and they always kept our business running. JC is very helpful and is a pleasure to work with. We can always count on him to keep us up and running!
