I had such a great experience with Posin's Diamonds and Fine Jewelry. I needed to have a ring repaired that had been cut off at the hospital and was unable to take the owner of the ring to the store. Robin went out of her way to ensure that the ring would be the exact correct size. The ring was done within 24 hours of the time I dropped it off and they were careful to try to preserve the engraving inside. They specialize in friendly and personalized attention, which is not always easy to find in a big city. They had some beautiful jewelry in their cases. I would highly recommend them
I am very impressed by Posin Diamonds. My very first trip in the store I was in college, and as soon as I stepped in I was greeted immediately and had the complete attention of the staff. I had brought in a bracelet for my girlfriend, that needed to be repaired. They called me so quickly to update me on the repair. When I arrived, my total cost... $0. The bracelet was purchased long before I moved to Columbus, so it was not one I had even bought there. I was caught offguard. It is an uncommon level of customer service they provide. They had won me over with their friendly & professional evironment, and their quality of work. The repair has still held up to this day, well over 10 years now. I can see why Posin has stayed in business. Quality work & great service. My second experience at Posin Diamonds, I was having a watch repaired. Again, I was immediately greeted. My total time to finish the transaction was less than 2 minutes from the time I stepped out of my car. I realize this might actually have been the LONG way of doing things. When I had parked my car, I noticed one of the staff seeing me walk in from the DRIVE-UP window! "Convenient" is an understatement for Posin. I was glad I went inside the store, because they, had helped me so quickly I was left with time to browse some of the very nice looking watches they have in their store. I know where I will be going for the next jewelry needs I have. Posin Diamonds. You should too.
Posin Jewelers is where I purchased my wife's wedding ring twenty years ago. We have always been treated very well there. We have purchased items from Posin, had appraisals done as well as repairs. Most recently my wife's wedding ring need some repairs. The staff took the time to explain what need to be repaired and did not suggest repairing anything that didn't need repairing. The first time I went to Posín Jewelers I was greeted promptly and was about 17/18 years old. I was not treated like a “kid” but a potential customer. They never talked down to me or said “well that’s too expensive for you” Unlike other places I went to before. I was looking for a graduation ring for my grandparents to buy for me. The one I got at graduation fell apart and it was from a reputable company and brand. They unfortunately didn’t have anything I was looking for Though I was really picky but they did have a vast selection of different and unique items for sale. Now, as of Today, I have taken many pieces of jewelry to them for either resizing or to ask a question or two. I have also had them do FREE estimates for doing repairs or ideas for jewelry I have. They have always treated me great and I have been extremely satisfied with their work. I have had many pieces resized and repaired and never have had it fail. They are very knowledgeable with everything and don’t try to pretend to know the answer to every question, but will find out and let you know. The best part is they are reasonably priced. Now I am 20, and I am always satisfied when I go to Posín Jewelers.
I'm so glad we stopped here to look at engagement rings, they were by far the best selection for the BEST prices! The owner really cares and is so helpful, and they're always willing to make a deal! I get SO many compliments on my ring.
I went in to see if they could repair my watch band. After much discussion it was suggested I leave it for the Jeweler...then we talked about possibility of replacing band with new one...I picked out a new band...but still was not able to get it fitted that day..but was instructed to leave it with them and on Wednesday next should be ready. Very impressed with their professionalism and effort Highly suggest that anyone who needs service to their watch or other fine jewelry GO TO POSINS!!!!!! Robert Harrington
I am happy that you are out of business! You should have been a long time ago, because your location on Bethel Rd. didn't have employees with integrity! 2 years ago my 14 yr old daughter walked in with a very expensive piece of jewelry that she was willed by her aunt. This piece was appraised at $4,300.00 eight years agoand was a very large mix of 24k gold and several substantial diamonds all on a 24k gold chain. She approached a woman behind the counter and stated that she wanted to know the value of this piece. YOUR EMPLOYEE OR YOU-THE OWNER, TOOK THE PIECE TO THE BACK FOR A MOMENT ONLY TO RETURN TO MY DAUGHTER AND STATE THAT IT WAS PROBABLY ONLY WORTH $70.00 AND ASKED IF SHE WANTED TO SELL IT. OMG, not only was my daughter smart enough to know better she said she told the woman she thought it was worth closer to $7,000.00 and in very deep trouble for doing this without my or my husband's knowledge, but I was appalled that the clerk didn't tell her that they couldn't help her without an adult or guardian present. She may have looked like she was 16 yrs old but either way they could obviously see that she was a minor. Also, unless your staff are complete idiots they could also see that the piece was worth ALOT more than $70.00!!!!!!!! I dread to think what would have happened if my daughter was willing to sell this heirloom. So, since then I have never stepped foot in your store again and HAPPY THAT YOU WILL BE GONE FROM THIS NEIGHBORHOOD! We need to have businesses with integrity in our neighborhood! Good-bye forever!
When I walked in this morning with two watches needing batteries, I was helped promptly and courteously--and the price was substantially less than that charged by other jewelers. Moreover, they even offer a comfy couch to sit on while you wait!
Came in got my watch fixed.Great customer service, fast service love the people very inviting!!! I like going to a business that make me feel like they actually care and that is just what they did.
