PostNet

I have been going weekly to PostNet for about eighteen months. I do the programs for church each week, and they are always done efficiently and excellent in quality. My daughter passed away July 2017, and Ann gifted my family the programs for her funeral. She is kind, generous and conscientious. A couple of times there has been an obvious mistake, and Ann has emailed or called me to let me know and ask if I want to change it. I can't recommend enough!

Somehow this location has no flash drives or access to WiFi and the attendant was not being helpful in the least. Also did not seem to care that the print quality on a few prints were not up to par.

I go in approximately 3 times per month to drop off packages. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. One time I had an issue where I needed a tracking number from something I shipped 4 months ago. Ann spent 20 minutes looking into it for me and I walked out with a tracking number. Fantastic customer service! I am very impressed!
