Great store! Great staff! Went here after being incredibly disgusted by the atmosphere at a Echelon & was thrilled with the service and selection!

I would like to bring attention to the poor service I received at Pottery Barn in Boise, ID. I registered here for my wedding (Aug. 5, 2017) and received many gifts which arrived without receipts. Upon returning the gifts, the sales associates were no more than rude and uncaring. Today I went to return an item, the ocean currents canvas print, which I had not received a receipt for. The manager had the price in front of her on the computer which was $299, I did not see the price and said I think it was $239, so she refunded me for $239 even though the computer showed her the correct higher price. It is beyond me why she would trust an incredible source over her credible company computer system. I later called customer service and they were able to pull up the order that proved it was indeed $299 and refunded me the $60. This took me about 3 hours to fix. I cannot express how rude this was for the manager to assume, in front of me, with no real data, that the item was $60 less expensive than what was shown on the computer. I literally spent my entire day to get the $60 back, if I hadn’t done so, Pottery Barn would have robbed me of that money. I will not tolerate this way of business and will not be returning to the store for this reason as well as the incredibly poor service I received in store. I hope that this person is better trained so that it does not cause others to experience the same.

The store has wonderful customer service and the staff that work there are friendly and professional. All of our needs were met when getting a couch, coffee table, etc.

Rude staff. Rude Manager. Extremely poor experience. Very condescending people if you are not ‘design worthy’. Will take our business elsewhere.

Ann and Josephine's combined efforts, collaboration, and follow-up ensured we would and did receive the right products, the right delivery/pick-up schedules, and at the right prices beat our expectations by going above and beyond. Pottery Barn should be proud to know Ann and Josephine represent PB in a very positive light. Thank you Ann and Josephine!!!
