Just like the other reviews say, it’s true the customer service is poor. They only talk to you if you look like you are going to buy. Walked in there and no one came up to us to see if we needed help with anything. I was just window shopping but good service is hard to come by these days and this store is in need of it. The furniture is cool though.

Beautiful store. Terrible customer service. No one greeted us until we had been there about 15 minutes. When we checked out, we had bought glass items and they were not wrapped well. The man threw the receipt at us and then a pen. He was extremely rude and I could not understand why. When we left we realized it was 5 minutes after closing.

I really wish this company would get their act together with the whole "we don't have one in 'our' warehouse, but you can go online and buy it.... and pay hundreds of dollars more to have it shipped to you' bs. I literally didn't buy a bed for months because they couldn't get one in stock. Real geniuses running this place. And now they want $299 to ship a damn $1199 dresser. Are these people stupid? Insane? Like... wake the hell up people. Your didaster of a system drives me nuts!

The staff was very helpful and not pushy at all when we had questions they answered them and left us alone to continue searching then would check in periodically to make sure we were okay then disappear and not pressure the sale. We replaced all of the dishes in our house the staff wrapped each dish individually packaged them in boxes and then gave us West Elm totes to take them home in this was a great experience. Also there sea salt soap is amazing.
