Absolutely horrible customer service! We had scheduled an appointment for them to come and give us an estimate. My husband took the time off from work to be there. We waited, and waited, to no avail. They stood us up! When I called to get clarification of their reason, I got "our computers crashed." Funny thing is the gentleman who made our appointment made a big deal about not trusting computers and wrote everything on paper...he didn't even like that I was putting the appointment reminder on my phone, because he "doesn't trust computers." I was really going to give them another chance though. However, when they didn't show on Tuesday, returned my call Wednesday, and we weren't able to jump through hoops and meet the very next day, Thursday. The sales lady just said "okay, thanks" and hung up on me?! If they're this irresponsible and rude from the get go, I can only imagine what it would be like having them working on my house. NO THANK YOU!!

We, too, were stood up by this company. They never showed, didn't call us to let us know they weren't coming for our appointment for an estimate. We called to find out what happened. They said someone was sick and told us they would be in touch. We gave them another chance to have our business but they have never called or emailed since despite our call and email to them. Now, at least a month later, we wouldn't trust them to do anything now!

Job well done. Evan the installer went out of his way and took the time to explain to me the best location to put your product to give me the results I wanted. He came back a few days later and did a fantastic job. I could not be more happy with the product and fantastic customer service your company gave me. I will recommend you to anyone who is interested in adding light to a dark spot in their house.

I love these new Solatubes, they work great. This company is wonderful. They were very knowledgable and knew the product very well. They had a good showroom to see the differences and to check out the different products. The installers were very nice courteous and very professional. I had 5 tubs installed and they were in and out in about 6 to 7 hours. They were very considerate about getting the floors dirty and cleaning up after themselves and I have never had installers that were as good as these guys. Flat Awesome. Would recommend this product and company to anyone. I live in Meridian, Idaho.

I Love it when a fake review is submitted. We have never done business with this Jimmy Pance. I don't know who he is.
