Precision Eye Group

I've been to several eye doctors and the experience at Precision Eye Group is second to none. All of the staff up front are extremely knowledgeable and make the check in/out process easy. Dr. Bailey is thorough with exams and never makes you feel like you're being rushed out of the office. Highly recommend!

I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years and this was the best experience of all. The eye exam, performed by Dr. Derek Bailey, was the most thorough I have ever had. He was great at making me feel valued and cared for. Nothing was rushed. No details overlooked. Topped it off with an amazing selection of frames. If you're looking for the cheapest eye exam/eye-ware available, look elsewhere. If you're looking for the best, look no further.

The staff is amazing! Great customer service. Great frame selection. They are very thorough in their examinations. Don't be in a big hurry. Let them take care of you.

How many medical offices do you know of whose top priority is driving a great customer experience? Their tag line is "We look different," but from the moment you walk in the door, you feel completely different than how you feel on your average medical visit. From the online scheduling, to the courtesy coffee, on to the quality of care you receive by the staff and the physicians, and ending with the time and expertise in assisting you with the process of selecting the right pair of glasses, you are treated like a valuable client through the entire experience, and not just treated a "patient."
