my stay at the premises apartments has been amazing. I love my apartment. Property is always kept very clean. thanks Edgar. Everyone has been really nice and I haven't had a single problem since I've been here for almost a year. I strongly recommend this complex to anyone who will be as awesome as the people already here.

The property manager is awesome! The maintenance staff is always readily available. The property is clean and quiet. Lots of family. Only gated community on the street. Mall is walking distance. Pool is always clean! AWESOME AWESOME!!

I have enjoyed living here and the staff is so helpful. I have had no issues that were not quickly handled. The grounds are very nice and the complex is located in a convenient location. apt 105

Love The Premises! Best place for newly married couples, AND they accept pets! The staff is amazing, especially Lorna, the property manager. Highly recommend to anyone. :

Just moved here in March,actually love it.I thought being in a complex they'd be a lot of noise but no,Grounds and pool are kept up regularly and the staff is over the top nice and happy to help with any little thing.Great place,gated community,no kooky neighbors,LOL

I am very satisfied all these years living in this complex,have employees with attitude to provide good service and solutions, got private parking, it is safe and clean, why I still live there
