The layout of this place is absolutely terrifying. you must be EXTRA careful when attempting to park, as the whole place is jam packed to try and fit as much as possible in the small space. I had my doors on my vehicle nicked by people parking so close. And for the price it was certainly not worth it. The ramps going in and out of this place BARELY fit a modern car. Save yourself the claustrophobia and go someplace else.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This parking lot is a logistical nightmare. Poor signage, teeny tiny spots almost impossible to get into—many empty because people actually couldn’t get into them. Don’t even THINK about using this lot if you’re going to see a show at the Saenger. It took forever to find a spot and about 30 minutes to get out afterward because of the poor setup. Many people looked camped out in their cars, resigned to the fact that they weren’t going anywhere for a while. Trust me when I say we had thoughts of driving off the roof and taking our chances.

For $13.50 is a great deal. It's not new, twisty and turny but it works. The attendant was very helpful. It's old, don't expect luxury but it's good for a day of parking!

The ramps are way too narrow and there aren't any elevators. If you have luggage, uou have to haul it several floors

How this place can pass a code inspection is beyond me. Tiny and precarious staircase exit, unbelievably cramped parking spaces with support columns placed in them, and the whole thing reeks of urine. Even my compact car left me needing to crawl out and in. For the $40 for 24 hours, I would never recommend parking here. And it's not the only place like this in the area. It's like the owners are waiting for it to collapse during the next evacuation so they can file an insurance claim.
