Go Park Parking Garage

I wish I could give 0 stars. I parked with GoPark, which was valeted through the Moxy hotel (a GoPark valet employee drove my car from the hotel to the parking garage and back). I was moving from New York to Texas and stopped in New Orleans for a night so I had all of my belongings in my car. When I got the car back and I arrived in Texas the next day, I realized something of $300 value was stolen out of a computer bag that was in my trunk. After bringing it to their attention, they said they reviewed their footage (only of their structure) and said they would not accept liability. My car had no sign of forced entry and this was the only time that someone else had a key to open my trunk. I highly recommend that no one use their services.

It wouldn't let me give no stars. This company is the Valet service used at Crown Plaza in New Orleans. Had over $600 stolen out of my vehicle this past weekend and the company refuses to do anything. They won't even review tapes or look at who drove my vehicle during my stay. I received a letter stating it basically is not their problem, I'm out of luck, and they intend to do nothing.
