For $40 a night, I would expect this to be a nice garage. It both looks and smells like a sewer. Disgusting.

Had a horrible experience at this parking garage. Upon arriving I ask how early bird parking ($6 till 8pm) worked and if I'd get it. And was told yes I would as I had arrived right on time (6am). At check out around 1:10 I was told I owed them $18. To which I reminded them that I had the early bird special, I was then told by the attendant (attendant 1) that that was during the weekdays. I informed him this was not what was told to me and that none of the signs stated this and that I would not pay it. My car was arriving from up stairs by another attendant (attendant 2) who was not aware I had not paid yet, gave me back my key fob. The attendant 1 requested the key fob from attendant 2, after hearing from that I was in possession of my key fob attendant 1 ran between me and my car moving me aside. I informed him I just wanted to put my bag down and turn off the car. He said he was going to "re-park it". I informed him he would not and managed to turn off my car after a short while. I informed him I had five dollars cash and a credit card he could put six dollars on. He informed me that he would put 18 on my card and someone else would refund it back. This was not acceptable to me and informed him of such. He called his Manager you told me the same thing, I informed him I have that I have been told this in the past to never see my money again. A few more attendants (attendant 3, attendant 4) show up. I tell attendant 2 that I do not wish to speak to attendant 1 as he has been aggressive (physically and verbally) and rude. Attendant 1 informs me I have to deal with him. I told him (attendant 1) I can call a deputy (law enforcement) out to enforce the price advertised, which angered him (attendant 1) and two other attendants (attendant 3, attendant 4) I was questioned as to why I needed to involve the law. I told attendant 1 again I would honor the originally agreed upon price and nothing more, he (attendant 1) could call whomever he needed. After a while on the phone he was instructed to take my five dollars and move on with the day. Attendant 1 asked me for the five dollars, I told him I was going to give him the money but first wanted to apologise for raising my voice earlier, he (attendant 1) cursed me saying he "didn't give a ****". I apologised again and gave him the money. He walked away and I asked for a receipt. It was at this point that another attendant showed up (attendant 5) much younger that the others saying I was being disrespectful and vary much trying to fight me with two attendants (attendant 3, attendant 4) keeping themselves between him and I. Attendant 1 told me he could not produce a receipt and that I wouldn't get one. I informed him (attendant 1) I would one to which he replied he couldn't. I asked attendant 1 to write it on a sheet of paper with company name followed by what it was for, the amount paid, time and date and sign it. This enraged attendant 5 and attendant 1 refused. I told attendant 1 I needed one before leaving. After some back and forth as to why he (attendant 1) wrote the company name the amount paid and what it was for. After receiving it I handed it back and reminded that I would need it dated, the time of payment, and a signature. Attendant 1 put the date and time and refusing to sign. I got in my car and left after checking for damages. Would recommend not staying here if you expect to pay prices posted.
