Don't park here.  While the lowest possible rate is $10 for 10 hours of parking, I had a bad experience where their credit card machine would not read my card.  Since I did not have exact change, I put in a $20 and got nothing back because their machine does not provide any refund or change.  Shame on them.  Ridiculous.
