Merit Parking

Only gave a 1 star because i had to. They deserve 0 (zero) stars. Just sat in the parking garage for 45 mins. WHY!?!! So they can collect a ticket you were given when you paid to get in. That was very ridiculous if you make it in obviously you paid to get in there. Very unprofessional with trying to get customers out the garage. Will NEVER park here again!!

After event sat on the 7th floor for over an hour not moving. Some jerk ran into my car as well called the NOLA police, of course no one came.. terrible staff

Much like the other recent review, we sat on the 6th floor after the Saints game not moving for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. No one to direct traffic or make the process smoother. Awkward parking layout and tight spaces.

Platinum Parking - Great location next to the Smoothie King Arena, Super Dome and Champion Square. Was Great that it was connected to the Hyatt also. Staff was friendly and courteous. Cheaper than Super Dome Parking too. Plenty of room to park.

Advertising $10 for 12 hours but charging double the price. Manager was argumentative and unhelpful. Do not trust your vehicle with these chumps.
