It wouldn't let me give no stars. This company is the Valet service used at Crown Plaza in New Orleans. Had over $600 stolen out of my vehicle this past weekend and the company refuses to do anything. They won't even review tapes or look at who drove my vehicle during my stay. I received a letter stating it basically is not their problem, I'm out of luck, and they intend to do nothing.
