horrible place to go my son had a fever of 104 and they just made him stay out in the waiting room while they where taking other people that got there after us. we asked them to check there temperature and they gave attitude and didn't lift the clothing from his arm pit and proceeded to check him and said he a fever of 99.4 , we ended up staying in the waiting room for 4 hours for us to get fed up and leave because my son was tired and not feeling well, the staff there needs to be fired or closely looked at because they are not good at there jobs.
The worst care Ever! If that’s what you even want to call it very rude in’s pathetic to your care needs! Customer service horrible and the Guy named Samuel the worst he refused to give the Dr, message was argued with me for everything if I was to give advice do not come here they dont care ur just a number or a problem is how they treat people in need of care!!!!!
Excellent medical care
Great facility. Clean. Friendly staff all in all great experience.
Horrible experience I will never go back there. I saw Dr Heart there and she made me feel like there was something wrong with me emotionally and mentally. I'm well stable. She told me she was retiring so I should start looking for a doctor. I called a year later to schedule she was still there. Horrible lady. I did nothing wrong I just simply there for a check up.
Presbyterian is a money hungry organization with no care for patients. Visits to PCP. Pres Now Clinic absolutely the worst experience and ER...My daughter is suffering daily and no explanation nor treatment plan. Call for an appointment with a new physician and they are booking over a month out. What options do patients have? Clinic , ER and PCP don't do anything
The care at this facility is absolutely outstanding. The staff and Doctors are so caring and compassionate. From Dr. Labaze to Christina Lee, Sherry and Nicole, all are kind, friendly, and provide professional healthcare with a huge dose of kindness. We highly recommend this and all Presbyterian facilities.
This place is by far better than the mental hospital at UNM. They were kind and courteous to my sister who was feeling extremely emotional. But I don’t understand why they can’t tell visitors what they are doing with the patient. And I understand why they have to take things away from patients who want to hurt them selves. But I don’t understand why they have to take stuff away from the visitor too.
Called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was rude. I asked if Bridget Lynch was accepting new patients. The receptionist said no and mentioned another doctors name who was. I said ok well I need to schedule an appointment for a second opinion. The receptionist very rudely said call back tomorrow and ask for Dr. Lynch and she'll let you know we're not accepting new patients and hung up on me.
Overall, great staff. Today, I find myself waiting 50 minutes to see a nurse, however. I don't wait this long to see my Dr. Hm.
