I go here now and all they try to do is push medications, like I’m dealing with jaw pain and all she could suggest is BOTOX. I’ve been asking to get referred to somebody who can actually help me for years and they ignore my requests and tell me “insurance won’t cover it” I’m just very done with this office

It's been a few years since I've been to this facility, but I was in need of going back since my current doctor is on maternity leave. I was very impressed with their precaution level due to Covid. I checked in from the parking lot, was advised it was safe to go in with a mask, and had a seat in the empty waiting room for about 5 minutes. Everything was on time. I was greeted by the nurse's assistant, where she took my temperature, did the weigh in, and then we went into an office for all the confirmation of paperwork, medications, changes in health history, etc. Then Suzi, the Nurse Practitioner came in, and we went over things. She was super professional, asked pertinent questions, had the right amount of personal, get-to-know-you, questions, and then I was done. I was definitely pleased with the service on all counts. I wouldn't say I'm anxious to go back any time soon, but it all went well!

Love Serena Caldwell, very understanding, knowledgeable and the stuff is always very helpful!!! I highly recommend them!
