Dr Frank is by far the best doctor Salem Clinic has to offer. He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable in all things related to his practice. He will take the time to talk with you, answer any questions you have and even encourage you. He is also the kindest and most caring doctor I've ever had.

I love Dr. Frank. I was so scared the closer to due date i was getting but he made sure i was taken care of. I usually have hard time trusting doctors but i trust Dr. Frank with my life. Thank you for being so good at your job and being an amazing human.
