PRIMARY WALK-IN MEDICAL CENTER

Went here for the first time and it was just a great experience! Everyone was fantastic from the front desk to the Doctor. Sandy, thank you for checking me in so quickly, Angelo and Andrew thank you for being awesome and fixing my ear so I can hear again! Wish you guys would accept as a regular clinic so I can leave my crappy primary doctor and come here!

I've never really visited any urgent care before. I'm stubborn and thick headed (usually let my cold linger). I was greeted by Sandy who I must say made me feel vey welcome. The wait was about 20 minutes in a very comfortable waiting area. The doctor who I saw was an elderly gentleman who diagnosed me with pneumonia. Can you imagine!? I'm writing this review 2 weeks later but looking back in so thankful I went there. Would unequivocally give this place a ten star if I could.

Don't go to this place, they have a lab which bills seperatly than the urgent care center, so I got a huge bill of the lab as it was not considered part of urgent care visit when I contacted the front office ,they asked me to sort it out with the lab and shirked their responsibility . When I call the lab , they say that we cant do anything,you have to pay the bill. As a result I am left with a huge bill of $750 which is ideally covered by my insurance ,if they had resubmitted the claim. They should clearly state that the lab in their premise will bill seperately , how will a person going for an urgent problem know all their internal arrangement. I feel thoroughly cheated

I love this place. I've always preferred the holistic way of medicine and because of my pain all of my previous physicians tried to put me on opioids. A few months ago I established a new PCP Dr. Vafidis and after having an appointment I am a qualified cannabis patient. He even. told me the steps needed to submit the approved paperwork to the state etc. I really admire the physicians at this urgent care. I recently moved from Newton, MA and I am so happy I stumbled upon not only a place that cares but an urgent care that has loving primary care doctors too. Thanks for making my day!

I ve been to so many careless urgent cares, however this was my second time coming here and I can truly say that in my state of condition I've never felt so safe and secure with a doctor. Doctor Andrew thank you for helping me and giving me a piece of mind
