THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Do not go here, my sister in law had a horrible experience with them as she was going through a miscarriage..they continued to make huge mistakes on her records, give her wrong directions on what to do and how to proceed, sent her away multiple times after scheduling appointments, denied seeing her after having appointments with her, even after certain nurses said she was there..it was so ridiculous and confusing in a very hard, sensitive time. I would hate for anyone to experience this or anything worse! This kind of confusion and lack of organization/communication could be very UNSAFE.

Dont verify their patients before examining, they dont follow up on results and hold times are ridiculous

Mother went here and explained in detail how cvs lied about when her prescription was filled and even had proof showing when they were ACTUALLY filled with paperwork showing plus the bottle date. This mr.robert apparently must be a absolute hack or a joke because he had no intentions on trying to help nor listen to what the problem was. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Terrible. 3 hours waiting in the waiting room and in the exam room. Not listening to your problem, their referral takes too long. Personals mostly didn't know what to do

I used to having my health care service here, everyone are so friendly and they really care about my health. However, there were something happened today afternoon which really upset me. I tried to drop down my specimen here as my NP told, when I arrived there I was being polite and calm, but the receptionist her attitude was unprofessional and impatient about my question - where I should put the specimen down. The 1 star is only for that lady at reception, everyone else are awesome. That is the first time I had such a terrible experience here, the lady at reception make me feels like i did something wrong I totally had no clue what’s going on.

Don't waste your time or money, the staff does not listen to you and the wait times are ridiculous. I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me, I paid my co pay, waited over an hour, was finally taken back to a room to wait another 45 minutes then was told the provider they scheduled me with doesn't offer the care I needed. I had to call off of work for this just for them to have to reschedule me again to be seen by someone else. Clearly the staff did not listen to me when I called to make the appointment, and they will not refund my money for this appointment. It was a waste of time, money and a days work.

I will love to thanks all the nurses for their love and care during my pregnancy.. and a big thanks to my sweet and caring doctor who was always there till I give birth successfully. I love you my sweet and beautiful doctoryou are the best

I have to pay to get my referral resent, that’s what I was told at the desk. Don’t come here waste of time and money.

I have never had a experience with a doctors office so unprofessional in my life. I made an appointment for one day and they put it in for a completely different day. But that’s not the worse part. I go in on the day they scheduled me and my appointment mysteriously gets canceled with out even calling me. Such a headache dealing with them, especially because pregnant already. I had to call in late for work to get to these appointment that never happened. Never going there again.

They lie and tell you they will fax paperwork and never do. Would not recommend to anybody !
