Avoid Prime HOA at all costs if you value a well-maintained neighborhood and responsible management. Rating: 1 star Review: I am extremely disappointed with the Prime HOA's management of our neighborhood. Their neglect and mishandling of essential responsibilities have left our community in a state of disarray. Firstly, the common areas, which should be well-maintained and inviting, have been utterly neglected. Overgrown grass, broken playground equipment, and unaddressed maintenance issues have become the norm. It's evident that Prime HOA is failing to uphold their end of the bargain in maintaining our neighborhood's appearance and functionality. Additionally, their handling of HOA fees is unacceptable. Despite our regular payments, there seems to be a lack of transparency and accountability in how these funds are managed. Recently, it came to our attention that our common area property was subjected to tax liens due to Prime HOA's negligence. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Prime HOA's performance. Their neglect and mishandling of crucial matters have greatly impacted our neighborhood's quality of life. Great company. I rented from them a few years ago. Anytime I had an issue with the property, they were one call away. My concerns were always addressed. Love love this company. Highly recommend.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. Initially, I was asked to disclose my monthly income before being allowed to tour the rental property, which I never got the chance to see. Despite being assured that my income met the qualification criteria, my application was later denied due to insufficient income. This inconsistency and lack of transparency are concerning, especially considering the non-refundable application fees they charge. Approach with caution and be wary of potential financial losses.

I really enjoy the people at Prime Financial this is my third home from Don and he has really took care Anything that was going on with the house I really appreciate him. Thank you Don.

First time homeowner which means first time ever having to deal with an HOA. I will 100% move one day and when I do, I will 100% avoid having an HOA at all costs solely because of this company. It is blatantly obvious that these people could not possibly care less about the residents that live in their communities.

My my experience with Prime HOA has been disappointing. Their communication is severely lacking, often leaving residents in the dark about important updates. Maintenance of common areas is horrible and issues raised are often ignored or poorly addressed. Hoa Fee increase and we have no input on where and how our funds are spent.

This Company is scamming people out of money for Hoa fees. The owner Don Weaver that sits on the city council says the he can charge whatever he wants for Hoa fees and we don't have a vote or say in the matter because he's the ONLY BOARD MEMBER. He REFUSES to turn over our community to the residents, so we can vote on anything. And our neighborhood has gone to trash under his rulings!

Terrible encounter with Prime HOA. Communication from Sabrina was lacking, responses were delayed, and numerous issues remain unresolved. The services provided do not justify the fees charged. Overall, extremely dissatisfied with their lack of service at Eagle Park

Extremely disappointed with the Eagle Park HOA. Terrible communication, slow response times, and a complete lack of accountability. Issues with maintenance and unresolved concerns are rampant. Definitely not worth the fees we're paying.

I want to first preface this entry with I'm normally a positive person and I constantly try to see the good in things and people. I normally don't give reviews unless they're positive but due to the experiences I've had with Prime Financial Services, I felt compelled to give my review. My experiences with the townhouse I rented from Don Weaver @ Prime Financial Services has been probably been one of the worst experiences I've had. When I first moved into the townhouse, I noticed there were some scuff marks on the walls along with home from nails from the previous tenant it might have been an airbnb spot. When I mentioned this I was told that they would follow up after I moved in. Unfortunately, after moving in and givng my first month's rent, I was told that it wouldn't happen. This was true with the nail holes in the wall from the previous occupant. I later asked that the window pane on my door be replaced after it was cracked from an object from a lawnmower hitting it. I called several times and I was consistently told that they couldn't get a match. Unfortunately, I still had to live with the aesthetics of this when I saw and people who came to visit. At the end of my stay, I was told that I would receive my deposit back within a week. Well, it took almost a month. When I went by the office to check on it, I spoke with Don and he was very rude and extremely short with me the reason that I went by the office is that when I tried to call them on the phone, I normally didn't get a response; you leave a voice mail but they don't call back. It's easy to be that way when he has something that belongs to me. He also deducted charges that were typically normal things after staying in a house for a year. The townhouse was on the market a short time after me moving out and low and behold, the walls were painted. The one bright spot is the lady who sits at the front desk sorry- I can't remember her name. She is always friendly and kind over the phone and in person and a joy to work with. She is the exception and not the norm for this business. I would be very leery about renting property from Prime Financial. The owner is not customer focused, very rude and unprofessional, and his ability to get back with you is certainly subpar.
