PrimeLending is extremely easy to work with. They are very responsive and they use esignature for everything which makes life very easy! We specifically used Diana Deutsch as our mortgage lender and have nothing but great things to say!
Underwriting requirements were very stringent, it seemed, for somebody with a credit score at ~800. Likely because of Covid-19, but much more painful compared to my past experiences in home purchase and refinancing. Prime Lending rep did a fine job, though.
