I had the pleasure of working with Tom. The entire process from start to closing was effortless and seamless. Tom was able to arrange everything regarding inspections, insurance, and coordination of all paperwork. He was prompt in keeping me informed of things in need of completion and very professional every step of the way. I highly recommend Golden Oak and I will certainly look toward the again in the future.

Dave Wexler and the Golden Oak team are outstanding. They had the final approval to close a month before my final closing date. In the mean time Dave reached out to me weekly to make sure I didn't have any questions and check in to see if there was anything else he could assist with. I will recommend them to anyone that is buying a home or refinancing.

Many goods and services advertised on television do not deliver 100% of what they promise. That CANNOT be said of Golden Oak Lending. From first contact through application, appraisal, closing, and funding, Golden Oak Funding delivered as promised. Kudos to Mr. David Wexler our Loan Officer! If you want to get quality mortgage products with positive rapid results, these are the folks to see.

Refinancing a loan sounds like an intimidating process. TJ made it seamless for us. They set up a lovely experience with the appraiser (Chad), and before we knew it we were closing and done! This is a trustworthy group I highly recommend for any of your lending needs!

I worked with TJ Rasmussen add Golden Oak Lending. He was amazing. He was knowledgeable about the documentation I would need, where I could find it, and how to get it to him. The entire process was quick and easy thanks to him. He even returned phone calls on weekends when he was spending time with his family. His patience and a conversational personality put me completely at ease. This guy is great to work with and I am so thankful that I did!
