Alex Fleischman was the best! While this was not our first home purchase, it was the first one through an online lender. I have to admit I was a little nervous initially as I have always worked with a local lender, but after my first call with Alex I was totally comfortable. He was able to secure me an amazing rate and worked to find ways to reduce costs for us. Alex went ABOVE and BEYOND in our transaction and closed on schedule and with lower costs! Alex and his team were always available...he even sent a thank you card after the close of escrow! What an amazing guy...I feel like we have a new friend! I will definitely contact him if I have lending needs moving forward. Thanks to his efforts we are in a home we absolutely love! I have already referred people his way!

I was very glad the loan officer from the first company didn’t call me back, because that allowed me to have a phone conversation with Andy. I couldn’t be more pleased with his efforts in guiding me through the entire home loan process. He was always available and always willing to answer my question regardless of how rediculous they might have been. Thanks Andy and CapWest for helping us purchase our first home. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

My wife and I are extremely frustrated with cap west. We were or are building a house. First of all the loan officer miss caculated for our loan commitment. We missed our deadline with our builder. Our builder was nice enough to give us an extension. Now today was our deadline for a second time. Well this time they are not done, even though we based our extension time to what our loan officer told us the could get finished. I recommend not using this lender. They promise and can't deliver or maybe eventually they do.

Alex was amazing! We had few issues with the VA and Alex still managed to get things done. I'm pretty sure he was tired of me calling so often though. I would definitely recommend them

It was a smooth experience. I highly prefer Neil Swanson as a mortgage officer. He is very attentive with problem solving attitude and was fast to respond to any questions. Highly recommended.
