Prime Lending sold my mortgage loan literally 9 days before my first payment was due. Not a month or two before to give you some time, but less than 2 weeks before my initial payment. So what i thought would be an easy payment process turns into tracking down the new mortgage company, dealing with Prime Lending people in Fort Worth, Texas because that is where this place is going to send you. So if your like me, and like to pay your bills before the due date, and don't want to go through the hassle of going from place to place. I would strongly recommend seeking elsewhere for your home loan needs. Contact a place that is in the business of keeping Mortgage loans, trust me they are out there. Quicken Loans, (only sells them off if above $625k, so if your under that) Chase, Morgan Stanley, any of the major banks are similar to Quicken Loans. Google was nice enough to give them 1 star in order to post this, but for me this took a nice review all the way down to a zero.
