Professional, thorough, hard working, and honest are likely some of the best words to use to describe our experience. We were looking for a mortgage broker to help us put together a deal to buy a house in Kansas City. I found AGF online, and all the reviews were great. I met Gholam who knows his business well. He took us through the process with ease. Something I really like is Gholam anticipates what might be needed, rather than waiting. This cuts through a lot of the back and forth document collection/signing. If you are looking for the best place in the KC metro to find a mortgage, AGF is it.

I used AGF Mortgage to finance an investment property. The owner of AGF (Golum) worked with us through the entire process. I'd say it was the easiest mortgage I've ever closed. So much so that I was initially worried because everything went so smoothly. I've had issues with other companies in the past dropping the ball or not knowing their business thoroughly. Luckily, Golum has a very strong knowledge of the lending guidelines and requirements for investment properties. He was excellent! I highly recommend AGF. They will be the company I call from now on.

As an owner of several rental properties, and having changed principal residences over the years, I've had the good fortune of working with AGF Mortgage many times. From new purchases, refinances and non-owner occupant financing, AGF has continually provided professional service and great rates. Golum Ferdowsi, the owner, takes great pride in doing business in an honest and ethical manner. If you are looking for a mortgage company, and want to do business with a company that has stood the test of time, will treat you fairly and is highly professional, look no further than AGF!

AGF Mortgage provides exceptional service. They completed one mortgage and three refinancings for me. Golum Ferdowsi worked tirelessly through the requirements and bank requests to get my deals done at the least cost and best rate. In the future, I plan to only use AGF Mortgage for financing my personal and investment properties.
