I worked with Joe Ruhlman on numerous occasions throughout my search for a home. Joe was always so professional and kind. He has a "small town" feel about him; he always answers his phone and will thoroughly explain the process to eliminate doubt. He is very personable! There were multiple occasions where I needed guidance, and Joe helped me with that. Not everyone goes above and beyond, but Joe certainly does!

Joe made the whole process easy for me buying my first house and was there every step of the way to answer any questions. I was kept informed about everything that was going on, and was more than happy with the final closing figures.
