Literally makes little sense, the way the majority is organized. Get in early to get out at a decent time. The wait time is pretty horrid. The staff is kind, generally nothing is logically organized though.

Too many people in there. And less staff to get things going a little faster. One lady at the medical assistance side was professional and knowledgeable bit can't handle the volume of the customer.

Eat and drink before your trip no foid and beverages allowes and bring all documents to save you a return visit. It's best to park across the street at the mall and walk the two blocks. The wait time is average bring something to keep you occupied.

Totally surprised at the speed I got in and out. This little gem of a location is great. Parking wasn't bad either

Most of the time you have to submit same paperwork over and over again. This place is so disorganized in terms of paperwork process. People here seems to be very impatient and at times arrogant.
