SNAP Office

Today i had took take care of some business at this lcation. They business hours are 8 am -5pm But employees have different reporting times. Ok But in the event how is it only onE INDIVIDUAL who does replacement cards. IAnd they are not at work. But you open at 8 am. You see when this is posted. 10:03 am

This office is actually not that bad they have a new system it’s like the MVA they call you by your number I went to apply for benefits and i didn’t wait that long I did go as soon as they opened, so if you don’t want to wait get there early, the people that help me were very nice. I like the fact that they actually try to communicate with people that don’t understand English.

Still waiting for the last 2+ hours to do a interview because no one has answer my calls for the last two week to just reschedule. The one person I could get in touch with said I had to come in and wait. I don't get why one no one could pick up the phones here. Two why has no one called me back in two weeks. Three why do I have to come in to get a A ticket wait in the waiting room then wait in other room once I get called to wait another hour plus.
