Excellent customer service. Quick production. Quality printing. After using another service for many years we were struggling with their printing since they didn't seem to actually look at the items they were printing to check for errors. Needless to say, we had a few recent problems without printing projects and decided to try PFL. PFL was very easy to contact and had a quick response time to my questions. They did our project perfectly and contacted us when there was a problem with our design. They seemed to actually look at what was coming off the printer. We had a couple of tough printing jobs and PFL produced them perfectly, they were both beautiful. Thanks PFL, we will be using you again in the future!

I can't emphasize emphasize enough that if you are not using PFL you are most likely doing it wrong. They've met or beat every deadline I've had, and the product is always of phenomenal quality. The customer service is excellent. I've contemplated inviting all of the reps I've dealt with to my birthday party. Still might.

Totally love the responsiveness and commitment to serve their clients. I wanted to do something creative with my marketing campaigns and these guys came through. They even showed me how I could send totally customized boxes of goodies to my clients ... one at a time! If you are a sales or marketing leader; you should talk to them - ask for Wyeth.
