The UPS Store

I had a saddle and a lot of miscellaneous leather scraps, clothes etc to ship from here to Texas. In all it amounted to about 75 lbs and a pretty big package so I handed it off to the folks in the store to box and pack up. They did an excellent job! Even the rolled up paper patterns, snugged in with the saddle and 3 or 4 bags of stuff, arrived in Texas without getting flattened. It was all saran wrapped together, bubble wrapped then surrounded with peanuts in the box. The UPS guy who delivered it in Texas was also impressed at how good the box looked for traveling so far and extended his compliments too. Thanks!! 👍🏻👍🏻

UPS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! UPS is the worst company to deal with. They send out emails for estimated times of delivery but do not show up during the estimated times. Not exactly sure how they expect you to get a package that you need to sign for if they don’t show up between the 4 hours they give themselves to deliver a package! They have no respect for other people’s time! Their website is impossible to navigate for someone that doesn’t want to email back and forth and just wants to talk to a person to get an answer in the same day. The tracking they give you doesn’t tell you anything unless you download an app. If you want to schedule a time for a package to be delivered you have to download an app and become a member for something like $20. UPS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! They do not have a local number for you to call so you can deal with someone that is in your area. I have had numerous problems with them delivering packages to my home! I have stopped doing business with people that use UPS to deliver items I have bought. FEDEX is the only company to use! If I could give a negative star rating I would!! UPS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!

Went in to return a AR 15 Gas block and gas tube. They asked what it was I said rifle parts, sorry we don’t ship anything firearms. That’s funny I returned a barrel that wasn’t functioning properly, “Oh we have new owners” was their reply. I returned the barrel last week, oh well, I drove further to get to fedex who didn’t have any issues with what I was shipping. Only reason I went to UPS is, it’s literally down the street, but if you don’t support my 2nd amendment rights. I’ll go to fedex from now on, the price difference makes up for the gas. I’ve given them a lot of business but hey you still have your morales I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Good ole bible thumpers

This place is a rip off , used to get a double black and white print for .16 now .25 per side. Bozeman ups store is half the price. So much for supporting the small town company’s.
