Pro Oil Change

Went here for an oil change about a year ago. I was told that my oil plug had been stripped and broke during my oil change, but that they replaced it with a new one free of charge. When it came time for my next oil change, I found out by another mechanic at another venue that the plug they replaced it with does not fit or match with my car. As a result, mechanics were unable to empty/clean out all of my old oil. I had to pay over $200 to get a new plug threaded for my car!! And that was a local mechanic that gave me a deal as a family friend. Honda quoted more than that.. Seriously unimpressed with the lie that the mechanic from pro oil change told me. Will never go back here. Edit: Since the owner took absolutely no time to apologize for my experience. As you can see, I said about a year ago in my review. My mistake if it’s been longer. No matter how long ago it happened, that was my experience. The fact that you had to leave question marks is unprofessional as though you’re questioning me and my experience. A simple I’m sorry for your experience will suffice. I didn’t leave a review when it happened because at the time I didn’t leave reviews on google. I definitely shared my experience with friends and family verbally. I always give venues positive reviews if you see my contributions. But this one, I had to make public because it still bothers me to this day. So thank you to whoever took the time to question my review instead of apologizing. Disappointing once again.

Good prices and service. But they always screw up sticker for next change. And lie about it, makes me feel like they're trying to rip me off. Don't tell me you put a sticker for 10k and it's not. Everytime!

I paid top rate to get the oil changed in my BMW and what I got they striped the threads on my oil pan causing a slow oil leak I never went back cause I believe if you can't do it right the first time you don't get a second chance with my car , thanks!! Autotech for fixing my car 100% loyal customer forever
