Jiffy Lube

This is where I go for all of my oil changes. They have an online coupon that saves you eight dollars on an oil change and I use that every few months. I’m never here for longer than 15 minutes and I have never had to wait. It’s always the same staff and they are very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in for an oil change. Went well. Got home to discover fasteners for the skid plate were missing, along with most of the skid plate. Called shop, was told everything was back together when they were done, it's a bit of a cheap design.

Found the main manager deceptive. I had stopped in the for basic 49.99 oil change. During the oil change the manager/cashier guy came and told me some of my fluids were low. Tranny,power steering and washer fluid. He said we can top those up for 5.99, I replied " awesome, windshield washer fluid alone is 3-4 dollars so great deal" He does the work and my bill is now $79 He tells me " ya 49.99 and 5.99 for each fluid we topped up". I was upset with him and said " you never said each, I even told you the 5.99 seemed great because just the washer fluid is half of that alone" He said "ohhhh sorry" And made me pay full bill. Will never return to this place, I have some family who use this exact jiffy lube hence I gave it a try, will never return and neither will they.

Showed up first thing this morning for an oil change. They topped up my fluids and replaced my broken wiped blade as well. Service was prompt and professional. Will be back.
