Jiffy Lube

Effie (the cashier) is the best part of going there. I gave 5 stars because of her. After I got my oil changed, I got home and noticed that I had oil leaking in my driveway. Called the shop, was told to bring it back. Was fixed with no problem, only that the owners son decided to put the blame on the other employees..said they released it too soon.

I visited the Jiffy Lube location in Bolton for the first time to get my tires changed. My experience was absolutely horrible. A representative asked me what service I was looking for while I was waiting in line outside of the building, however, once I was finally inside I was not greeted or acknowledged by any employee. The employees did not lift the tires out of my car, instead they aggressively rolled them out of the sides bashing into the bumper and door of my car. During the time I was in the garage I heard the employees repeatedly complaining and swearing. Once the tires were on, my car let down from the lift so aggressively I could hear banging and crunching as it hit the ground. Once the service was complete, I drove a few kilometers home to find that my low pressure tire light came on. My stepfather checked the tire pressure and in one tire it was less than 20 PSI. This is not only lazy on the employee's part, but is frankly just dangerous (especially seeing as though I am 6 months pregnant). I will never return to any of any Jiffy Lube location after this experience. I am going to take my car into another mechanic to make sure the tires have been installed properly, as I do not trust the work the employees have done. I will say the only good experience is with the customer service employee who took my payment, she was pleasant and went out of her way to get me a 10% discount.

I was set on getting an oil change here right up till I walked in and saw 5 young punk employees sitting on their ass laughing at me. What kind of manager allows this smh..

I went into this place asking for Mobil One and was told to try Pennzoil Pure Platinum it's a great oil.My motor is running very smoothly and can barely tell it's running .Will definitely go back and ask for Pennzoil Pure Platinum again .Good price, quick service,Plus I can see exactly what oil is actually going into my car vs the dealer where you pay for synthetic and they are probably putting bulk oil in cause you can't see what oil they are pouring in
