Quik Oil Change

Very poor customer service. A $39.99 plus tax oil change can easily run you a 100 bucks if you are not disciplined to go there just for the oil change. The guys there take upselling to a new level and then if you decline all the other ‘required’ services or products then you are not sure if the quantity of oil they put in was correct and indeed if you got all the services promised for the $39.99. I will not be going back.

My fiancé and I came to this location to get our oil change done. The staff there were fairly young people and my comments that follow will illustrate how unqualified they were to be in a garage, working on thousand plus dollar machines. We recently visited a dealership to deal with some mechanical issues on our Fiat 500L. There was a rattling in the front right end, we noticed it started right after we had left Quick Oil Change, but thought they just didn’t screw something back on in the right way. We actually found out it was in fact, a cracked air filter. Our dealership told us that the air filter has been broken and that whomever did the work on this air filter BROKE IT and NEVER TOLD US. Further more, these employees at quick oil change tried to cover it up by stuffing tissues and napkins in a groove near the air filter, which we guess, was an attempt to get it to stay in one place...? Now our dealership has told us it’ll be $300 for a new air filter. QUICK OIL CHANGE, we were your customers. We were your guests whom gave you our hard earned money and trusted you with our investment to do a good job. As an institution, you failed and covered it up with a disgusting gesture that fully illustrates how this company does business. To the buyer: DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR HARD EARNED INVESTMENT. YOU DESERVE BETTER.

THE WORST OIL CHANGE EVER holy smokes the skinny guy shaved head n missing teeth pirate looking self told me to never come back as i had used a groupon with them before and ended up charging me 60 dollars for the worst oil change of my life. The oil guage was less the half after paying the full price and being stuck with a groupon since "you cant go twice with the same vehicle"

Bunch of crooks. Went in with intentions of basic 5/20 oil change. Immediately insisted I needed synthetic. Explained I know what the "manufacturer" saus my 15 year old car uses but at this point in its life and having used the same oil for 3 years just please do what the customer is requesting. Finally agrees (having to agreeing to sign a "waiver"). Proceed to checkout... then decides to inform me my vehicle uses a "special premium" oil filter which is another $8.00 oh and also uses extra oil... wait a minute... Don't you think you should advise the customer BEFORE you do the work and charge them!?!?! Avoid these crooks at all costs.

Very knowledgeable, very friendly, not a long wait either. The guys took time to inform me of my vehicles issues that needed addressing but were not pushy to have me spend money to get them fixed. It was a great learning experience and I will definitely be back the next time my car needs servicing. Thanks Peter and Tyler!
