Jiffy Lube

I've been to Suds for a car wash a few times over the past year since moving to Cambridge but my first time going to Jiffy Lube today! I got an oil change and e test done. I had some questions about my e test because of my renewal and change of ownership. They were super friendly and accommodating. I love cars and do most work myself but for the convenience I will definitely be going here when needed. Shout out to Wyatt Van Wart for helping me in particular. Keep up the great work, you guys can rev out my car next time for fun if you'd like haha. They cover 4 great aspects, fast, friendly, quality work and transparency. This is the best exterior car wash out there, vehicle comes out very clean. Backyard is well worth the extra money for those who don't mind a little effort.

They noticed a stone chip in my windshield and brought it to my attention then checked my insurance to see if they cover the cost. They did, so they fixed it while I waited for my oil change and said it's now under warranty so I can get it fixed with them through my insurance at no cost to me. ☺

Great people to deal with. Very efficient and had the tire and oil change quickly. I will be going back for other services too.
