Jiffy Lube

The staff who works this Jiffy Lube at AWESOME!! Matt is awesome!! The manager is awesome!! If you need to get an oil change this the place you should go!! They are honest, unlike the crooks down the street at the corner of University and Weber ( not mentioning the other company name) lol!!! All I can say you need a oil change go see these guys here at Jiffy Lube!!

Came in to get an oil change. Turns out didnt need it. But was a little low so got it topped up. Staff was fantastic and manager gave me lots of info on my vehicle. Thank you. Will be back.

Went to this facility for an oil change and was surprised by the difference in policy than Jiffy lubes in the west particularly Medicine Hat. l was lead out of my vehicle to a desk to answer some questions and a lube tech Matt asked for my keys surprised l gave them to him, he had on the same plastic gloves that he had been using under the hood. Not a fan of grease on my key fob, he then jumped into my vehicle with a dirty work uniform. I expressed my concern over these issues and informed them about the Jiffy lubes in the west and how you stayed in the car. He said your not in the west, take it or leave it. I said no thank you to him he replaced to oil cap and dropped the hood from 3 feet completely unnecessary and disrespectful.

Proactive, friendly, patient, and speedy service on my oil change. Nice to see such a strong team approach in a shop like this.
