Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times to get in can be long, recommend going during off peak hours and avoiding Saturday’s all together. Staff always leaves a positive experience, very friendly, forthcoming, and pleasant to deal with. Everyone working makes the atmosphere positive! Decently priced in terms of basic car maintenance.

They are usually pretty quick if you come close to opening or close to closing. If they are busy, just make sure they complete all your services. They left my read wiper sitting on the back and I had to come back to get it installed. Probably could have done it myself but I paid for the service. Price seems to be about the same as other places.

Hate to give it only two stars because the last two trips there were reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly However, today there was a young guy in there who was clearly a recent hire and when I was discussing pricing with him I told him that I wanted the exact same service/price as my last visit and he kept presenting me with a price that was $20+ more than my previous two visits.. When I said I didn't want to pay that much he immediately became impatient and rude. Telling me that it was "oil prices going up"... Then for some reason he was insisting that I go to the waiting area while they work on my car. Staying in the car is a big part of why I go there... He then proceeded to give me dirty looks while I waited in my vehicle... I just got fed up with him and paid the $20 more just to get out of there and not have to deal with him... Won't be returning to this location and I suggest that people try somewhere else. Despite a couple positive experiences in the past, today was a completely unacceptable experience. One that was bad enough to compel me to write this review ... Try somewhere else.

Come here all the time. Great service and the free car wash is a bonus. Their biggest shortcoming is the fact that they never man the their bay. If management/corporate would dish out the money, the obnoxious weekend wait times would be a great deal less.

Waited an hour to get in to find out they apparently JUST ran out of full-synthetic oil. Tried to then compensate with a free washer fluid top-up. Probably won't return, not going to gamble on whether or not they'll have synthetic next time. Edit: two months later; not even a response from the owner. Great customer service.
