Pro Oil Change

Horrendous service. I experienced the most rude staff here at the Milton location and was told not to come back. I came because my car had too much oil and they said they can empty it out for me. Afterwards, one of the staff was so upset he lost his temper and gave me the finger and told me to not come back. I'm still confused about what his problem was?! If you tell a customer you can perform a service, why get mad at the customer about it?

Employees are fast paced and very nice. You get a very professional feel walking in and you don’t feel harassed by “pushy salesmen.” The shop and waiting room are very clean as well. I strongly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here!

They changed my boyfriend's tires to the summer tires and a few hours later, one of the back tires fell off as my boyfriend was driving. The tire flew off and hit someone's parking car and destroyed the windshield. He had to file a police report and now insurance has to pay for the damages to the other person's car, his car and for the tow company. When he called ProOil, they wouldn't admit responsibility, even though they clearly didn't put his tires on correctly. Please do not go here! What a horrible company. I am glad no one got hurt, buy wow. Don't go here if you want to be safe.
