Pro Oil Change was recommended to me by a friend. Because it looked convenient and I was desperate for an oil change, I decided to try it. I am so happy I did. Sean made sure I was comfortable, allowed me to make informed decisions and was very personable. The oil change itself was quick – I was on my way in 22 minutes flat. I will definitely be making this my go-to for oil changes and maintenance in the future.

I decided to go on-line and check reviews for a place to do a oil change on our one vehicle and I of course checked this place as it was so close and had great reviews. So off I went and I usually do not write reviews, but I was so surprised at how professional and polite all the staff was, I decided I should. From Sean the manager on down, everyone made the stop, enjoyable and comfortable, with humour involved, nothing was pushed, only suggested, with you the customer having the final say. I highly recommend this place and the staff through their professionalism have earned a repeat customer and word of mouth advertising.

Terrible ethics here; I have been told my radiator cap needed to be replaced on three separate occasions. I replaced it myself after the first time and the second time I had it independently verified. Also, bringing your own oil and filter is almost the same price as getting an oil change and when you try to ask about this you get a blank stare and a terrible explanation. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I normally don't write Reviews but wanted to share my experience! I have been coming to Pro Oil for at least a year for oil changes. Sean is always super helpful. He never pushes me to purchase additional services but does a good job recommending what is needed. I have recently been having issues with my truck and spent well over $1000 at my mechanics and they have not been able to find the issue. Today Sean recommended a flush for the oil tank and it fixed the issues I have been having! I am thrilled. Thanks Sean!
